Understanding the factory. Digitizing what matters.

Digital transformation in manufacturing cannot start with software alone. It has to start with understanding how the factory actually operates.

I work with manufacturing processes, production, planning, shop-floor connectivity, MES, WIP, quality, maintenance, energy and operational data to identify where technology can make a meaningful difference.

The objective is not to add another silo system to the factory. It is to connect the right information with the right people and help the operation make better decisions. Today With the advent of AI, decision recommendations will be triggered.

Building and modernizing software that lasts.

Good software architecture is not about choosing the newest technology. It is about building systems that can evolve with the business.

I work across application modernization, software architecture, microservices, SaaS platforms, distributed systems, application integration, data architecture and protocol implementation.

Having built and operated software products myself, I look at architecture from both the engineering and product perspectives. Technology choices have to work not only on paper, but also with real customers, real data, real deployments and real constraints.

Connecting Manufacturing & Software

My experience has always moved between these two worlds.

Manufacturing taught me how processes actually work.

Software taught me how to turn those processes into systems.

Building Bevywise brought the two together through industrial IoT, MQTT, machine connectivity, MES, production systems, energy monitoring and other industrial applications.

This experience continues to shape how I approach both manufacturing transformation and software architecture.

Technology should fit the problem. The problem should not be changed to fit the technology.
