Who is God !!

Religion is not life and it is just a way of life. Religion is a set of concepts, beliefs and practices that defines your life. The practice of a religion can give you benefits physically and mentally in day to day life. The concepts are defined more scientifically. A belief and fear towards God has been set in the olden days to tame the human.God is not a magician to provide you with everything you wish or punish you for what you did wrong. He is a person who can provide you a small wage for your hard work from being in some other form. So shed off your blind belief that God will do everything for you. If you look deeper into the each and every practice you do towards God, then you can find a reason about your physical or mental ability. When you pray to God, You just boost your self confidence and you tell to you subconscious mind that you will be able to achieve what you are praying for.

I am not an atheist. I have belief in all the concepts like Vaasthu and other puranas explained in Tamil literature. Your thoughts and the subconscious mind are bound to the vibrations around you. Will put on the next post more about this.

You don’t need to explain your way of life to anyone. Life is lived forward and the explanation has to go backward and collect some reference to explain the happenings. Explanation by meaning is always some justification you do to some one. Make sure you justify your life to yourself and not others.

Life is yours and live it the way you want.

Stress - Remove unwanted once.

Stress is an important nature of the Human being which drives Man in both directions. We can apply a 80/20 rule to this. Positive stress will provide good results and improvements in life. But this occupies only 20% of the total stress experienced by people. We don’t call them as Stress and we put a positive term called positive thoughts. Usually most people get stressed over unwanted things. One of the major problem of stress is “What others will think of me? and what will others say if I do this?”. This is really an unwanted question to be asked to yourself. Do you thing that the others is going to feed your dinner. Do you know they will say some time later, “You should have done that?”. Ignore people who talk against you. The comments passed on you are only 20% valid and real comments and rest are all those to be thrown into dust bins.
