We do have theories and beliefs that man originated from Monkeys. I did a quick comparison on the confidence level betweeen Man and Monkey. Security of life is a big concern today in human life. Man want himself to stick to something before he jump out from the current state. This is applicable from Job or whatever we do. But monkeys on the contrary, while jumping will release its hands from the current branch / tree to catch the new one.
Even if they miss the intended branch, it will hold the next one.
Building better confidence like Monkeys.

Every one in Chennai know that a bus from Koyambedu can take two routes to get out of the city.
- Outer ring road from Maduravoil to Perungulathur
- 100 Feet road [jawaharlal Nehru road] and come via Guindy, Tambaram and proceed to perungulathur.
It takes an hour or even more if we take the route 2 depending on the Traffic. It takes only 1/2 hour to come down to Perungulathur via route 1. Most private buses take the route 1.
The south bound long distance buses fills up only the seats and they don’t allow any standing passengers as the traveling time will be more than 8 hours. The Government buses even though their seats are filled have to comes down the route 2 and the conductor has to inform / sign the booths located @ Ashok Pillar , Guindy , Pallavaram and Tambaram. This process seems to be a waste of time and enery for every one in the Bus.
With the advent of lots and lots of technology, don’t we have a simple methodology to inform the different booths that so and so bus is filled and is going to move via route 1.
Any one have any idea why such a kind of unproductive process are still followed out in Government buses. We can save a lot of fuel + time by changing this.

“One minute manager” is one of the book which I read a couple of years back. Some points pulled out of my old mail archive.
Behavior is one of the key qualities of a person. Behavior should not change over time. People often call they are bound by their behavior, but we actually define it. Make sure you define it right for you.
In personal as well as professional life we should learn to appreciate people’s achievement. We always tend to look for mistakes rather than good things. Appreciations will help people grow to their fullest potential.
I have seen most people even some times myself live for some one around them. You should know to live for you. People who feel good about them will live a happy life and do things to their potential.

We are in the fast moving world and the natural resources too are getting exhausted faster than us.
I came across this article on How Stuff Works about Fuel Efficiency.
Even though saving the fuel is one side of it. We do get more safer by slowing down the car to an optimal speed.
Let us leave some natural reserves for our next generation…

A frog kept on a water that is slowly raising in temperature. Till a certain amount of temperature, the frog will keep on enjoying the warmth of the water. When the temperature of the water raises beyond a certain limit, it will be too late for the frog to jump out of the water to escape from getting boiled. The same is the case with respect to every deteriorating change.
On the contrary, the upward movement of your efforts will also be very slow. It is your patience and persistence to your efforts that will take you to the final fruit of victory.
Listen to both movement carefully !!!
