You didn't mentioned about the wash-basin and toilets, it will be even worse. At the same time Pandian and Nellai will be relatively better. Do you know one fact, the Southern railways is the best in passenger trains maintenance and service. All the trains in Eastern(even North and West) are not even cleaned/maintained for weeks. You cannot even travel in those train unless you get some AC coaches. Railways will get lesser income by operating Passenger trains rather than Goods train. Hence they wont invest in dual-lane or increasing the freq of trains.
