Trichy is one of the cities I love to live in. It has a splendid water taste supplied by the river Cauvery. Last week, we went to Trichy to attend a marriage function of my close friend.
We happened to visit Malakottai, the Vinayagar temple and one of the prime spot of Trichy. We visited the temple in the evening and we got a very splendid view of the whole city of Trichy fully covered over with lights. It was a 200 step walk up the steep hill to reach the Vinayagar temple. It was a good exercise too.
On the next morning, I went to Iyappan temple near the central bustand. It was a nice place too. The temple is completely silent with a lot of positive notes all arround the wall. Lot of boards which carried positive notes about mother and life. A place like that is good to visit daily. The temple is neatly maintained and the notice boards states that the temple carries out a lot of social activities in the city. It is just a couple of kilometers away from the bus stand.

I shifted my house from Ram Nagar of Madipakkam to Periyar Nagar in madipakkam, which is next to Velachery in Chennai. I am striving hard, fighting with Airtel and BSNL on a day to day basis for getting a telephone line and a broad band connection. But the vendors say that the availability of connections in that area is low and some or the other and pushing me away from giving the connection.
Today to my surprise my brother called me up and asked me “Do you have a web Cam ?”. Why all of us sudden this question. He told me that BSNL is giving broadband to my Native place and he is getting connection to our already existing land line. For those who don’t know about my native is a little remote village near Thirunelveli.
I am not able to get a connection being part of the metro in India while the same is available in my native. I think the service providers are concentrating more on the rural India than the urban.
Quite confused

I wrote about problems in removing my CCards from MCheck. After completing the post I send a mail to MCheck Support. To my surprise, they called me on my mobile within 20 mins of my email reaching them.
But the pitiest part is that the removal of the CCards was a manual process. You need to call them and they will ask forsome details to confirm that you have the right to make the change in the Mcheck App you have installed and they will do it manually. I feel a same kind of round about process involved here to similar to Sun Direcct Recharge.
Kudos to the Mcheck Customer Care.

Mcheck on Airtel is a payment gateway for making Airtel post paid bills and recharging the Prepaid cards. I was using Mcheck for making payments for my mobile bills. The mobile on which I was using mcheck got corrupted and was no further useful. I got a new mobile which does not support Applications. I had a couple of CCards added to my Mcheck app previously. I want to remove those cards associated from the previous number. But I was not able to succeed in my attempt.
Do you know any way to make it happen?

I switched to Sun Direct some 4 months back. I am missing the CNN IBN and some related news channels as these are part of the paid channels.I am thinking about reviewing the switch back after a couple of months.
But the most cumbersome one is the recharge of the paid channels and the basic package used in the sun direct system.
The on Going Recharge System :
- Go to the Sun Direct Retailer
- Buy a coupon and add it to your Smart Card [unique card for every customer of Sun Direct.]
- Adding to smart card can be done via website or calling the customer care.
- Select the package you want based on your recharge.
I am doing this process for the past three months. Today I landed on the page which will be just cut down the going to the retailer. Even then it is a separate page http://sundirect.in/pg.php which will help you topup your smart card. I need to do this every month or else I will have to transfer a high value [equivalent to three or four months], so that I can do the process every three or four months. But by this way we will be locking some money into the Sun Direct.
Sun Direct website [sundirect.in] can be better optimized in such a way you swipe your card against the package you choose and the Credit / Debit card will be charged directly month on month or as per the plan choosen. May be an notice via SMS three days before the detection for the customer will reduce a lot of manual work involved in this process.
If any one know any short cut, please help
