SiliconIndia - Website

Today I logged on to the SiliconIndia website for accepting one the request for social networking. But I was shocked to see some one else profile on my profile and my public profile. I am not sure how this happened and I feel I am getting false request due to this problem. I thought of removing my name from the web site. I went into the settings and Deleted the profile.

After deletion I am able to browse through the secured pages of my account. I logged out of the website and thought of relogin. I am sure the credentials are not cleared on logout properly. I was directly taken on to the site after logout.

I purposely removed all the cookies of this website and tried relogin and my login and my email still is present with them.

Please beware of using it in public computers.

On Generalizing Everything - Infy !!

On a chat with one of my friend, I commented , “All Gals are like that”.  She told me back that don’t generalize things and everyone will have different thoughts and behavior.  This happened a couple of years back. Analysis of this down the line closely made me understand that there is nothing in common across people and every one individually have different thoughts, character and way of life. This is beyond gender, religion, region and what ever they do.

But one of the leading IT Major of India Infy passed a comment like “Don’t hire any one from Satyam!!”.  Even the most educated people have thoughts like me in generalizing stuffs. A guy with a few years of experience who is going to be thrown out of the Company will not have any knowledge about what happened and how it happened before he reads it from the press. How is it right to punish him for just being part of the company.

Changes will be very slow !!!

A frog kept on a water that is slowly raising in temperature. Till a certain amount of temperature, the frog will keep on enjoying the warmth of the water. When the temperature of the water raises beyond a certain limit, it will be too late for the frog to jump out of the water to escape from getting boiled. The same is the case with respect to every deteriorating change.

On the contrary, the upward movement of your efforts will also be very slow. It is your patience and persistence to your efforts that will take you to the final fruit of victory.

Listen to both movement carefully !!!
