“One minute manager” is one of the book which I read a couple of years back. Some points pulled out of my old mail archive.
Behavior is one of the key qualities of a person. Behavior should not change over time. People often call they are bound by their behavior, but we actually define it. Make sure you define it right for you.
In personal as well as professional life we should learn to appreciate people’s achievement. We always tend to look for mistakes rather than good things. Appreciations will help people grow to their fullest potential.
I have seen most people even some times myself live for some one around them. You should know to live for you. People who feel good about them will live a happy life and do things to their potential.

We are in the fast moving world and the natural resources too are getting exhausted faster than us.
I came across this article on How Stuff Works about Fuel Efficiency.
Even though saving the fuel is one side of it. We do get more safer by slowing down the car to an optimal speed.
Let us leave some natural reserves for our next generation…

Every one of us know the forest range of lands are always restricted from the common population to maintain it should be away from pollution and other things like Fire, sound, etc
Last week we went to Manimutharu falls, a place near Ambasamudram. The place is a lovely one which is at the lower part of the Manjolai forest range. This falls also falls inside the range, but you don’t need any special permission to visit.
At the gates, we were asked the following questions.
- Do you have any polythene papers ? We told them we do have some for carrying cloths which we will not dispose.
- Do you have cigarretes?
- Are you carrying Alchohol?
A couple of security people even etered the cab and did a checking too.
We went up the hill and then parked the vechicle near the falls and went to the shop near th falls.
The store walla :
- sells cigarettes inside the forest range itself. Smoking is allowed in the Indian way.
- the coffee served was in a Plastic Cup for which there is not even a single basket to collect the throw aways.

There will be N number of rash drivers who drive all day in huge traffic both rashly and with over speed.
But you know Police will stop you on the OMR [newly constructed 4 lane Toll Road ] of Chennai @ 2 AM in the morning for driving at a speed little over 40 Kmph.
I think they want to safe guard the animals which sleep on the toll road @ nights !!!

I read a lot of RSS Feeds on
Google Reader, mostly blogs on the latest trends on the web. I also have subscription to the
Featured slideshows from
Slideshare.net. Slide share is a cool social presentation site where you can publish your presentation for the whole word to have a look at. But the Feed of the slide share has only a title and in the content it has an image and a bit of description which the author has given while uploading the show.
One of the most important info I feel to be published should be the number of slides present in the show. This will help me make a decision on whether I can make a decision based on the weightage of the title vs the number of slides and the time to be spent on looking @ that many number of slides.
