So we will and are bound to support a person who is closer to us in a conflict whether he is right or wrong. Even in case of wars between nations, we support our state even if we know very well that our state is doing a wrong. (for e.g. US soldiers in Iraq war). There is nothing right or wrong in this world. It all depends on our perspective which in turn depends on the group in which we are. Everybody in this world have concentric circles of people with their priority decreasing as the distance increases (a Distant relative, not so close friend !!!).
