I was reading on the architecture discussions of Twitter via Readwriteweb. I was taken to the Wiki explaining the Design Patterns in the Computer Science. We write code by ourself following some of our seniors in any one of the way explained here. But it is good to know the list and explanations of each one of them which may make you a better programmer down the line.
Design? Patterns are abstract explanations and in no form provide implementation or code for any particular language.
