Slow down Now

I wrote some time back on slowing down and an iteresting example on where you part your car.  I came across an interesting article in ZenHabits on slowing down and benefits of the same. Very good points to follow.

  • Slow Eating - more time to digest food in mouth
  • Slow workout - running tears your knee muscle much much more than walking
  • Slow Attention - more time for your brain to digest it better.
  • Slow Reaction - Your brain will work more than your heart.
