Birmania Rock - A Nice view !!!

I got this photo via a friend. It is told that this will be seen on a particular angle of sunlight. I am interested in  knowing whether it is real or an image generated for hype. Whether it is real or not, It is a wonderful view of a mother and son praying to God…!

Turn your head to the left to see the praying.

Positive Approach - “Naan Avan Alla”

I was watching the movie Naan Avan Alla last night. The movie was a complete negative movie. Wow what a positive approach in the Interview. A couple of questions for your interview.

  • An example for positive approach :
Standing at the end of Kanyakumari, Seeing the ocean and saying “India ends here”  - is a negative approach

Standing at the same place and watching the land and saying “India Starts here” - is a positive approach.

I loved the second answer and the speed of the answer.

  • If you are appointed, what is the question you would like to ask ?
    Where is my Table ?

Where do you park your car !!! - Slow Down and enjoy

I read an article on Zen Habits  last week on Slow down your pace of life to see more things around you. Today I read a very old mail sent by my friend which has the same content stating on how people think on parking their car.

Some excerpts from that mail

The first time I was
in Sweden, one of my colleagues picked me up at the hotel every morning.
It was September, bit cold and snowy. We would arrive early at the company
and he would park far away from the entrance (2000 employees drive their
car to work). The first day, I didn’t say anything, either the second or
third. One morning I asked, “Do you have a fixed parking space? I’ve
noticed we park far from the entrance even when there are no other cars
in the lot.” To which he replied, “Since we’re here early we’ll
have time to walk, and whoever gets in late will be late and need a place
closer to the door. Don’t you think? Imagine my face.

I never did these kind of thing and may be a very few around me will do it. I always try to part my car in front of the office door just to step in.

Aristotle of ZenHabits also points to Slowdown.org’s some tips to have a slow life.

  1. Have a cup of tea, put your feet up and stare out of the window. Warning: don’t try this while driving.
  2. Spend some quality time in the bathtub.
  3. Write down these words and place them where you can see them, “Multitasking is a Moral Weakness.”
  4. Try to do only one thing at a time.

Another interesting saying from John Lennon, “Life
is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans”

So slowdown and enjoy life.
