Became a Blood Donor
I was rejected for giving blood in 1998 due to Low weight. I was around 47 Kgs when I was doing my final BE at Karaikudi. After that I didn’t get much opportunity or interest towards donating blood.
Today after 9 years, I donated my first unit of blood at General Hospital Chennai. The infrastructure of the Hospital was great and the maintenance too is good for a Government Concern.In India, people working in the Government concern will have a feel that they are the ones who can do anything in their department and don’t know how to respect and treat people and patient. I saw one person here in the Blood bank.
Good that I was made a donor by Karups, my college mate and a colleague.
