A Trip to Erode - Part I
Last weekend was a long one with the Christmas on Monday. We planned a sudden visit to Erode and TopSlip. We headed to Erode on Friday Afternoon. It was a marvelous drive on the Chennai - Banglore Highway till Krishnagiri. I drove my Turbo for around 150km after which Rakeeb took the steering wheel on his control. The drive down from Krishnagiri was not that promising as the roads were little bad.
We reached Erode around 11 pm with starting at Guindy at 4 pm.
On Saturday, me and chittu drove to Coimbatore. We went to Marudhamalai and returned around 11 pm. I was driving back in the Coimbatore-Erode at night. This is my first experience of driving at night. It was wonderful with a heavily packed road. The road was extremely good to drive.
We have very good experience on Day Two and Three which I will write as a separate blog.
