Microsoft restricts Microsoft..!
The latest IE 7 is good at restricting some of the sites for incompatibility of the msxml5.0 DOM and some of the dll it has planned to deppricate for some of the security and standardization. It seems Microsoft is very strict on this regard and is restricting its own site, when it tries to load a dll of windows.
