Skype was one of the very good tool sets developed in this web2.0 era and I love to use it. Today I read about the toolbar it has for the Firefox. I want to check out how it works with the web or it once again invokes my Desktop client.

It was an exe which I downloaded and installed. On installation, it asked me to close the Firefox. That is Ok and I did. It opened firefox after installation, Wow that was good, then comes the real problem, It opened for a XPI installation and I said install now. The Extension Panel now says “Installed succesfully Please restart FF for the Extension to take effect.

It is really a pain to restart an application twice for some installation. More over being a browser, I have a lot of sessions running on now on my browser which may get disconnected.

Skype Guys :- Please review your procedure once again..

I really had a lot of problem posting images on to my blog. I was quite impressed when I heard that I can blog from Flickr. I use Wordpress and blog to my own domain dsmrk.com. I tried flickr for my last post on Never Stop believing yourself..! But Flickr has added the blogging feature as just an additional feature that does not have a completion in itself.

Some of my difficulties are :

• Cannot post to my category.
• The image does not come well and is not sized very well
• The placement of the image in the layout is very bad…!

But I was able to copy paste the image into my performancing and posted it very well.

I love to use my Performancing Extension for the posting to my Blog. I love the editor and all of it.

It became necessary to reset my password of my site http://dsmrk.com last week. After changing my password I thought of posting a blog from Performacing which fails abruptly with out much of a proper error message. I searched all around my firefox to get hold of where to change the password. No way is there to change it….!

Let me know if you found anything way to do this.
