There is a continuous increase in the rates of the land in and around chennai. I am noticing a huge increase in the past two three years. Some of my views on the increase of the rates like this.

• People willing to pay huge money.
• Housing Loan and the benefits salaried get on the income tax.
• People’s mentality and their need to locate themself around the centre of the city.
• Industrialisation around one and only chennai.

Who does this ?

• Software has made the raise in the salary of the individual living in india.
• Real estate brokers are one of the key people who made this raise of the land rates.

Let us wait and see how far it goes…..

I have used DropLoad a couple of times to transfer the files to my friends, which are too big and cannot be sent via email.

It was little [ much more ] shock to see a long list of vendors for such a service.
