Land Rates in Chennai
There is a continuous increase in the rates of the land in and around chennai. I am noticing a huge increase in the past two three years. Some of my views on the increase of the rates like this.
- People willing to pay huge money.
- Housing Loan and the benefits salaried get on the income tax.
- People’s mentality and their need to locate themself around the centre of the city.
- Industrialisation around one and only chennai.
Who does this ?
- Software has made the raise in the salary of the individual living in india.
- Real estate brokers are one of the key people who made this raise of the land rates.
